Delete your Niramay account
This page lets a Niramay patient permanently delete their account even if the Android app is no longer installed.
What will be deleted
- Your Firebase sign-in account and patient notification record.
- Your patient encryption key and Niramay files in Google Drive app data, when Drive permission is available.
- Your private Niramay data stored by this website on this browser.
- Future Niramay appointments will be cancelled.
What may be retained
Historical appointment records may be kept without your Niramay account identifier when a clinic must retain them for patient care, accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or audit. Those records are no longer available through your deleted patient account.
If the same Google identity is also used for a Niramay provider account, the provider identity is retained and only the patient-side data is removed. Provider accounts must be deleted from the provider app; clinic owners must first transfer ownership or close the clinic.
