This Privacy Policy explains how Niramay DocConnect handles information for doctors, hospitals, clinic admins, and helpers who use the app to manage provider profiles, schedules, and appointment operations.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the app, we may collect:

• Account information, such as your Google account identifier, email address, display name, and authentication tokens managed by Firebase Authentication.
• Hospital, clinic, doctor, admin, and helper profile information entered in the app, such as names, specialities, phone numbers, clinic addresses, services, experience, and public profile details.
• Schedule and booking information, including doctor availability, appointment slots, booking status, and operational booking notes.
• Location information when you choose to use location features for clinic address, distance, or nearby provider workflows.
• Photos or files you upload for app features, such as profile or clinic images.
• Device, security, diagnostics, and usage information needed to operate Firebase, App Check, Cloud Functions, notifications, abuse prevention, and reliability monitoring.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Authenticate users and protect authorized access to hospital and doctor workflows.
• Create and manage doctor, helper, clinic, schedule, and booking records.
• Display provider information to patients for appointment discovery and booking.
• Send operational notifications and keep appointment workflows working.
• Improve app reliability, security, fraud prevention, and support.
• Comply with legal, safety, and platform obligations.

Google and Third-Party Services

The app uses Google and Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Firebase Storage, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and Firebase App Check. Some workflows may use Google Sign-In, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Maps, or location services when you choose to connect or use those features. Those services process information under their own privacy terms.

Sharing of Information

We share information only as needed to operate the service:

• Provider profile and schedule information may be shown to patients so they can find doctors and request appointments.
• Booking information may be shared between the relevant patient, doctor, helper, clinic, or hospital users involved in the appointment.
• Cloud service providers may process data for hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, notifications, and security.
• Information may be disclosed if required by law, to protect users, or to prevent abuse or security incidents.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the app. Authorized admins may update or remove certain provider, schedule, and profile information from the app.

Your Choices

You can stop using the app at any time. You may revoke Google account access from your Google account settings. For corrections or deletion requests, email vanadocsupport@gmail.com.

Security

We use Firebase security features, authentication, access controls, and app attestation where available. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect information against unauthorized access and misuse.

Children

Niramay DocConnect is intended for doctors, hospitals, clinic admins, and authorized helpers. It is not directed to children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will be updated when changes are made.
