Depending on the features you use, we may collect:
- Account information, such as your Google account identifier, email address, display name, and authentication tokens managed by Firebase Authentication.
- Phone verification information when phone sign-in or phone linking is required for account security or booking workflows.
- Appointment information, such as selected hospital, doctor, date, time, booking status, and booking metadata.
- Patient name and phone number when you enter them for an appointment. In the web app, patient name, phone, and local receipts may be stored locally in your browser for convenience.
- Location information when you choose to use current location or nearby provider features.
- Device, security, diagnostics, and usage information needed to operate Firebase, App Check, Cloud Functions, notifications, abuse prevention, and reliability monitoring.
- Advertising identifiers and ad interaction data when ads are shown through Google AdMob.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Authenticate users and protect accounts.
- Show nearby hospitals, doctors, specialities, and appointment availability.
- Create, confirm, manage, and display appointment bookings.
- Share booking details with the selected hospital, doctor, clinic, or helper involved in the appointment.
- Send operational notifications and keep booking workflows working.
- Show ads, measure ad performance, and prevent ad fraud where Google AdMob is enabled.
- Improve app reliability, security, fraud prevention, and support.
Google and Third-Party Services
The app uses Google and Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firebase App Check, Google Sign-In, and Google AdMob. Some workflows may use Google Drive, Google Maps, or device location services when you choose to use those features. Those services process information under their own privacy terms.
Sharing of Information
We share information only as needed to operate the service:
- Booking information may be shared with the hospital, doctor, clinic, or helper involved in the appointment.
- Cloud service providers may process data for hosting, authentication, storage, notifications, ads, and security.
- Information may be disclosed if required by law, to protect users, or to prevent abuse or security incidents.
Advertising
Niramay Aarogya may use Google AdMob to show ads. Google may collect or receive device identifiers, ad interaction data, approximate location, and other information as described in Google's advertising and privacy policies. You can manage ad personalization through your Google account and device settings.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain booking records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the app. Some information stored locally on your device or browser can be removed by clearing app or browser data.
Your Choices
You can stop using the app at any time. You may revoke Google account access from your Google account settings, deny optional location permissions, or reset advertising identifiers through your device settings. For corrections or deletion requests, email vanadocsupport@gmail.com.
Security
We use Firebase security features, authentication, access controls, and app attestation where available. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect information against unauthorized access and misuse.
Children
