User Responsibilities

- Use only accounts and booking details you are authorized to use.
- Do not misuse the service, submit false bookings, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Contact the provider directly for urgent, emergency, or clinical questions.
Provider Information
Participating providers are responsible for the accuracy of hospital, doctor, clinic, schedule, and availability information shown through the service.
Bookings
A booking request may be accepted, changed, delayed, cancelled, or declined by the relevant provider. Appointment availability may change at any time.
Service Availability
We may change, suspend, limit, or stop parts of the service at any time for operational, security, legal, compliance, or business reasons.
