Data You Can Delete on Your Device

Data That May Be Retained

Appointment records already shared with a selected hospital, doctor, clinic, or helper may be retained in minimized form where required for legitimate operational or legal reasons.

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law, security review, or operational constraints.

Account Access After Deletion

After deletion, you may lose access to booking history, saved patient details, notifications, and appointment management features.
